BI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop impactful and dynamic visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements.
• Complete end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards which includes the ETL process required to gather and clean data from various data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with other professionals to implement changes and new systems.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Incorporate slicers, visuals, and drill-through functionality.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, as well as contribute to the development of standards for Power BI development within the GOS organization.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
