Job Description :
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Complete impact assessments that outline the technical impact of new functionality and enhancements. Model use cases.
  • Create and maintain requirements traceability.
  • Help define functional strategy and vision and identify opportunities to innovate.
  • Schedule, coordinate, prepare and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
  • Conduct peer review of team member requirements for completeness and accuracy.
  • Facilitate requirements prioritization sessions.
  • Obtain approval and business sign-off on requirements.
  • Take action to ensure everyone has a voice, inviting opinion from all.
  • Establish the root caus
  • es of issues and tackle them, rather than just the symptoms.
  • Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises, they are required.
  • Develop specialised expertise in one or more areas.
  • Advise stakeholders on relevant technical issues for their business area.
  • Navigate the complexities of global teams and engagements.
  • Uphold the firm-s code of ethics and business conduct.
