Business Analyst

About the Role

Reporting in to the Risk Business Analysis Manager, you will have strong data analysis skills and a passion for problem solving. Experience working with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or MS Access are essential.

About You

• Strong background in Business/Data Analytics (min 2 years experience)
• Degree in: Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field; or equivalent training or experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to build stable working relationships
• Outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in pressurised situations
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including the importing of data, building of macros and creation of advanced formulas.
• Highly motivated with the ability to analyse data and make judgemental decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to explain data related processes.
• Committed to continuous improvement.

Desirable:

• A background in acquiring, fintech or a software industry
• SQL experience is desirable but not essential.
