Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• This contractor will be part of the Customer Excellence Data Analytics team who acts as the first line of defense in remediation efforts within Wells Fargo.
• Will validate code and strategy within customer remediation.
• Will perform QC checks and define any gaps.
• Facilitate partnership with remediation team.
• Facilitate meetings to gather business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Control.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Report Analyst in an Enterprise setting.
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
