Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop, extract, maintain and deliver critical recurring and ad hoc reporting to internal and external customers.
• Responsible for and assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations: e.g. compliance, audits, contract management, data integrity.
• Manage the referral process between Interim and Search recruiters, including new referral tracking, AR and commission payments and sending recruiter statements.
• Build financial models to assist leadership in making business decisions.
• Act as a liaison/partner between the field offices and other internal customers.
