Business Analyst

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related analytical field required.
• 3+ years in analytical role required.
• Bilingual – fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with visual dashboarding tool (PowerBI), Tableau, or similar tool is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• Superior organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage projects/tasks to ensure successful delivery projects on time.
• Ability to work through technical obstacles as they arise.

Knowledge:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle a demanding workload and conflicting priorities in a time-sensitive, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, integration and processes, preferably in an Agile framework.
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Leads training and provides functional guidance to less experienced Business Analysts.
