Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Analysis in Information Systems and apply this to the development and have the ability to help stakeholders.
• Lead customer relationships and expectations using an informative communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
• Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes that include conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level. Participate in QA and focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid including developing process improvements.
• Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation.
• Working closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
• Clearly document business and systems requirements and assess business process and system inefficiencies.
• Develop and execute test plans and support system conversions, upgrades and enhancements.
