Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Participate in daily intake & scrum calls.
• Maintain assignments on sprint board.
• Content authoring in CMS systems.
• Support daily regression testing of customizations.
• Testing in QA and Production environments.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting.
• Gather business requirements to support customization tools.
• Maintain process documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years as business analyst or digital product experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience configuring & testing customizations on digital applications.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Content Author in Contentful.
• Minimum of 1 year experience using Airtable as a homegrown Content Management System.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience generating process documentation and reports.
