Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines business and functional requirements in the form of Features and User Stories.
• Creates product team deliverables, including business process maps, data flow diagrams, user journey maps, and use case scenarios, using industry standard techniques.
• Facilitates and contributes to team backlog refinement, including user story documentation, estimation & testing considerations
• Acts as a functional SME for business stakeholders and the scrum team.
• Communicates effectively with senior Business stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs, articulate business impact and evaluate alternative business solutions.

Requirment:

• Experience with documentation and building documentation, BRDs, and elaborate on any sustainability experience.
• Strong understanding and exhibited experience with business analysis best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member alongside matrix project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate to both technical engineers and business users.
• Experience with environmental sustainability processes and technology.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises including key events such as Program Increment (PI) planning.
