Graphic Designer

Responsiblties;

• Feedback and Revisions: Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions to achieve final approval.
• Print Production Oversight: Collaborate with printers and suppliers to ensure quality control during the production process, from proofing to printing / final output. Work with OFD graphics to complete jobs on time
• Brand Storytelling: Develop graphics that effectively tell the story of our wines, including their origins, flavor profiles, and unique qualities, enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Event and Promotion Design: Design promotional materials for events such as tastings, festivals, and trade shows, ensuring impactful visuals that attract and engage attendees. +
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and other departments to create cohesive marketing materials that support sales strategies and product launches.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from peers and stakeholders on design effectiveness, and proactively suggest improvements or innovations to enhance the brand’s visual presence.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, particularly in packaging and branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take constructive feedback.
