It Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair technology equipment and technical issues throughout the building.
• Maintain hardware inventory and tracking systems, including periodic reporting.
• Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service as the first contact to staff and students for technical issues.
• Model deep connection and belief in Aug Prep’s North Star, mission, and four pillars.
• Provide and demonstrate clear vision, leadership, direction, and energy to the entire Aug Prep staff as it relates to technology used at Aug Prep.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of business practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset.
