Job Description :

 Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our ticketing system to manage IT trouble requests and document all related information.
  • Communicate with end-users to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform proactive maintenance on computer systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in helpdesk and/or desktop support preferred.
  • Good understanding of networking and wireless technologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in using and troubleshooting Windows and MacOS.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle new projects or issues that may arise.
