Any how much time does it take to process H1B extension in Nebraska office?

Dear Friends,
My H1-B Extension was filed on Apr 29th, 2019.
I received an RFE on July 3rd.
My Attorney replied to the RFE on Sep 19th, 2019 and also requested to upgrade to Premium Processing. (He just asked me to provide my Job Responsibilities and did not share RFE details).
The case status changed from "RFE was sent" to "Request for Premium Processing was received".
Then again case status changed on Sep 21st to "Case was received and Receipt was emailed".
The status on October 2nd, 2019 again updated to "Request for Additional Evidence mailed".
I am not sure what is happening. My visa has already expired on Sep 30th and My attorney does not give me any details about the RFE.
Any info would be helpful.

My case approved today! Updated in USCIS case status site.
Filed date: May 15
Regular Processing
No RFE
Wage 2, EC Model, non-CS background, 14+ Years exp.
Filed with approved i140. (Hope it is approved for 3 yrs, my employer has to confirm).
Don't lose hope! B+
