I have recently made an entry in the US on an H4 visa and want to know which Universities offer MS with CPT Day 1 program around Virginia or Washington DC.

Your best be would bet Harrisburg University in Harrisburg PA.

Not everyone is eligible for day 1 CPT. You should have completed a few credits to be eligible. Students who usually do 2nd masters are eligible for day 1 CPT as they already have completed required credits

Please remember USCIS going after F1 students, Day 1 CPT is not recommended. Your H1 in the future will get denied if you do day 1 CPT. Talk to a lawyer before you make any decisions.
