I have to do my H4 stamping. Do I need to go to India or can I do it from any nearby country. Inputs appreciated.

I live in the US. I'm on H4 reliant visa. The husband of mine works for the pharma business. This's my very first time I am going to need to obtain my Visa stamped. I was asking yourself in case I have to visit India to obtain my visa stamped or maybe I could visit any nearby state to get it accomplished. The reply yours will be much appreciated.

Yes, you can go to the nearby country get it stamped and return back to the US.

Depends on what are your plans. If you have more time and budget it is preferable to go to India
