Program Manager

Qualifications:

• 5+years of experience in program management, audit, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and SOX compliance.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytic capabilities to identify trends and anticipate potential issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.

Experience:

• Ten (10) years of professional experience, including at least six (6) years of relevant experience in the management and control of budgets, personnel, and material resources for similar contracts.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense policies and directives.
• Experience with automated systems, including database maintenance and ad hoc reporting.
• Ability to analyze and prepare documentation and possess the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication; including technical writing, plain English writing, grammar, and formatting.
