Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive risk management review for business demands, identify privacy/security risks and find viable risk mitigation measures, ensure timely delivery.
• Manage complex projects with aggressive timelines and work with internal stakeholders to establish roadmaps and communicate timelines and deliverables to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Support execution of privacy efforts within Bytedance.
• Partner with global counterparts across product mangers, engineers, legal, security and others to drive alignment and deliverables of major privacy initiatives.
• Hold comprehensive understanding of relevant privacy and data security requirements, interpret and apply these standards to organization's specific needs.

Qualifications:

• Advantageous to have 3~5 years of relevant working experience in consulting/ privacy/ risk management area, prior experience on global projects are preferred.
• Experience with compliance, privacy protection, data security, risk management is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, self-driven ability, sense of responsibility, logical thinking and stress tolerance.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to execute with rigor in a fast changing environment.
• Basic understanding of database and relevant technical implementation logic, candidate with tech background are preferred.
