Program Manager

Responsiblties:

• Manage a team of engineers, help desk, and watch officer personnel.
• Allocate staff and resources necessary to meet the specific performance objectives.
• Perform project management assessments of tasks documentation, tracking and reporting progress in accordance with Joint Service Provider (JSP) project management methodologies including templates and documentation requirements.
• Will be the primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Responsible for submission of monthly status reports inclusive of all task areas on performance metrics, cost metrics, schedule, critical items for Government review, accomplishments, significant open issues, risk and mitigation action, summary of issues closed, meetings completed and projected, projected activities for next reporting period.
• Conduct monthly program review meetings with the Government
• Implement quality assurance/control procedures to ensure all work is performed in accordance with the performance requirements and Acceptable Quality Levels.
• Oversee watch officers responsible for managing the Joint Network Operations Security Center  Operations Floor thereby providing Command and Control  for the JSP Enterprise.
