Project Manager

 Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of .NET projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resource allocation, schedules, and milestones.
• Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in resource utilization.
• Implement risk management strategies, identifying potential risks and issues, and developing mitigation plans to minimize impact.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders and proper documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
• Regularly report project performance metrics, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following agile methodologies, ensuring smooth and collaborative teamwork.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project timelines, risks, and key decisions.
