Job Description:
·PMT-Project and Program Management-Project Manager-T1
·Overall, around 10+years of experience
· Hands-on day-to-day Program/Project Management and the ability to progress in highly ambiguous problem spaces are necessary.
·Gathering Requirements and participating in discussions with business and IT Stakeholders
·Drive the offshore project team and involve in calls with the offshore team, Strong Data Analytical capabilities.
·Assist with the alignment of project priorities, and coordinate schedules.
·Help the extended team(s) be effective by providing insights, plans, and processes to execute highly cross-functional projects at scale.
·Project tracking and scheduling using appropriate tools
·Ability to identify risks and suggest mitigation plan
·Regular status reporting to stakeholders as well as internal teams
·Communicate with offshore teams and counterparts to ensure successful project delivery.
·Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
