Quality Assurance Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Analyze machine performance logs and determine improvements to hardware (HW)/software (SW) systems and processes and process improvements
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, analyzing data, and presenting data.
• Understand how machines and SW work together.
• Failure mode analysis.
• Ability to work with developers to design and analyze logs.
• Develop plans, coordinate activities, and present data to senior customers.
• Machine design and/or maintenance experience desired.
• Experience communicating directly with customers and strong presentation skills.
