Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, verify functionality, and assess software quality.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure that software meets quality standards and user expectations.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements, prioritize testing activities, and facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail to automate test cases and enhance testing efficiency.
• Document and track defects, monitor their resolution, and verify fixes to ensure successful resolution and prevent regression issues.
