Administer the construction field office including but limited to processing, distributing, tracking and filing project correspondence and construction documents, document control, coordinating the review and processing of project documents including pay applications, invoices and change orders, developing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes and providing administrative support to field office staff.

Essential Job Duties

• Set-up, coordinate and maintain the field office.
• Utilize Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to coordinate the processing, review distribution and filing of correspondence, submittals, RFIs, RFPs, change orders, task orders, work authorizations, subcontracts pay applications, invoices, progress payment vouchers and other project documents.
• Maintain and update EDMS and implement established workflows.
• Develop, issue and distribute status and tracking reports.
• Assist with the preparation and tracking various project reports and forms for the review, approval and submission to the client.
• Assist in responding to information requests and responding to requests for documents as required.
• Finalize project records for archiving purposes.
• Maintain the configuration of contract drawings and specifications.
