Description:

A Scrum master with a BA background preferably in Airline domain. Should be able to write stories and work with the Product Owner apart from performing the Scrum master role. 8-12 years’ solid experience in software development, with Agile/Scrum multi pod handling abilities

• Very Energetic and highly communicative and ability to sense and escalate issues and resolve impediments with multiple dependent teams
• Looking for someone who can partner with Product Owner. Should be able to articulate the product that is getting built very well
• Ability to understand the Systems and technical interfaces and be able to estimate and provide a timeline and work towards a deadline
• Excellent COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY Meeting facilitation, consensus building
• Worked in an environment with multiple Agile teams, handled Conflicts within teams and Senior team members

Roles

Define project plan with Sprint slotted features and track velocity and feature burndown

• Facilitate Scrum meetings and remove obstacles, CSM, CSP

• Lead and mentor teams using Agile/Scrum practices and principles, RI planning for releases

• Support and educate Product Owners, especially in regard to developing, refining and managing the product backlog

* Excellent analytical skills that include end to end process/systems analysis

• Assess teams on Agile maturity and coach them to higher levels of maturity through continuous retrospection and adaptation

• Foster an environment of high communication, collaboration and accountability

• Reflecting Agile/Scrum values to the team as a servant leader

• Review the team performance and recognize high performers and highly motivated environment

• JIRA, Version One or similar tool experience

• Experience in working with Airline industry

• Nice to have working in Learning Management Systems

• Lead teams in delivering functionality on time, within budget, and with high quality

• Leading distributed teams and ability to get the delivery done from remote teams

• Leading multiple, simultaneous projects

• Knowledge/experience with Agile technical practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, automated testing, pair programming

• Experience in Web, digital, Mobile, Web service SOA and technology driven projects
• Ability to front end any design level discussion with Partner teams and Tech Leads
