Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Work with client product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Manage each project's scope and timeline.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and daily standups.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles as they occur.
• Coach CGI and client team members in Agile development.
• Support IMS development and provide frequent progress updates to the Program Manager
• Assist with developing the Software Deployment process/plan

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Familiarity with mainframe system interfaces, scheduling and batch processing.
• Experience applying scrum and growing Agile teams as a fulltime Scrum Master.
• Experience affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoption.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar agile project management certification.
