Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve blocking issues for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs, prioritize features, and refine user stories to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Ensure that Agile teams adhere to Scrum principles and actively participate in Scrum events to drive project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the development team and internal departments. Facilitate communication and alignment of goals.
• Reports any delay risks, dependencies, and product development evolution.
• Work with other Agile Leaders to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile within the organization.
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Maintain company’s internal control standards. Includes timely implementation of internal and external audit points.
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices. Includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams, providing guidance on Scrum methodologies.
