Job Description:
The client is looking for someone who has strong KPI Management and Sprint Quality management experience.
The scrum master will work with two teams using the standard practices defined by the client. These teams are not related to each other so the scrum master will need excellent time management and organizational skills. The job duties will also include:
Responsibilities:
Facilitating standard ceremonies
Facilitating estimation, forecasting, and planning for projects
Cross team collaboration with other teams and other scrum masters to manage dependencies
Provide coaching and training to the team in agile practices
Manage and maintain the team’s story card wall (both digital and physical)
