Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to ensure team alignment and productivity.
  • Coach teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices to foster collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment of business goals, requirements, and project timelines with project deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing proactive risk management strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of sprints, tracking progress against defined goals and addressing obstacles or bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and any potential delays.

Requirment:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, including managing expectations, aligning project goals, and resolving conflicts or concerns.
  • In-depth understanding of Scrum practices and frameworks, with the ability to adapt and scale processes for different team structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to track project progress, manage backlogs, and report on key metrics.
