Scrum Master

Qualifications:

• Five years of experience as a scrum master with leading more than one team.
• Experience working with the software development life cycle.
• Experience working in a software product or project management role.
• Experience with various Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and people-interaction skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Experience with scoping, sizing and overseeing multiple concurrent projects, assessing the appropriate level of risk, reviewing team deliverables and being the single point of contact for stakeholders.
• Experience leading Scrum Agile teams.
• Experience solving technical problems.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master for multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills including the capability to interact and work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to self-motivate and remain focused in the midst of distraction.
• Strong understanding of capturing and interpreting Agile metrics.
