Scrum Master

Responsiblties:

• Encourages and facilitates collaboration and communication within the team and fosters a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Promotes self-organization and empowerment within the team.
• Collaborates with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensures the team understands and delivers the product vision and goals.
• Helps the Product Owner in refining and maintaining a healthy and manageable backlog.
• Tracks and reports key metrics related to team performance and progress.
• Provides visibility into the team's work and progress through visual tools such as burn-down charts or Kanban boards.
• Analyzes data and identifies areas for improvement.
