Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Perform deep-dive analysis into specific KPIs to understand the underlying key drivers.
• Collaborate on data and reporting requirements to guide the development of a data environment that enables analytics and reporting of the digital customer journey and sales funnel performance.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
• Ensure consistency, integrity and reliability in data, metrics, analytics, and insights.
• Engage with the Client Strategy team to optimize e-commerce site, sales channel performance, revenue generation and retention performance.
• Provide insight into business and industry trends and identify opportunity/risk areas.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
• Proficient in utilizing statistical computer languages to manipulate data and derive meaningful insights from extensive datasets.
• Skilled in working with and designing data architectures.
• Comprehensive understanding of various machine learning techniques  and their practical advantages and limitations.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and concepts  along with practical experience in their implementation.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, modeling or similar experience.
