Responsibilities: 

  • Understanding new requirements, updating the system and Knowledge transfer.
  • Involved in configuration and customization.
  • Involved in deployment from Development to Production environment through Update-sets.
  • Involved in writing workflows, Validations and creating Service Catalogs.
  • Implementing new Business logic using scripts, Business rules, UI Policies for various functional needs in the application.
  • Involved in addressing Support cases for changes in Incident, Change, SR Management applications.
