Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Integrating with AHEAD, MS tools and eBonding with customers.
• Developing solutions for customers within our internal instance as well as on customers’ instances of ServiceNow.
• Collaborating with the Managed Solutions Architect to drive forward current and future AHEAD, MS initiatives.
• Participating on sales calls and providing estimates for new and ongoing AHEAD, MS opportunities.
• Resolving the most challenging ServiceNow technical issues for AHEAD, MS customers.
• Operating within a Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability.
• Communicate progress, roadblocks, and recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or comparable experience.
• ServiceNow scoped application development experience.
• Experience providing top-level customer service.
• Does well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Learns quickly and adapts well to new challenges.
