Software Developer

Duties:

• Application design / analysis, coding, unit testing, documentation as well as production support.
• Participate in projects through their entire lifecycle, from project scoping to production deployment.
• Design, code, debug, and test application programs utilizing JAVA, J2EE, Spring, ORM frameworks like Hibernate, Mybatis, Servlet, JSP, JavaScript, React JS, Angular JS, Ajax and JQuery.
• Using web services SOAP and Restful APIs for interchanging data between various systems.
• Work on Devops environments with container management systems like Docker, deployed microservices with the help of Kubernetes to openshift cloud.
• Batch processing for handling data from various systems.
• Interacting with multi-tiered databases including Oracle.
• Technically leading complex merchandising projects including estimating, requirements, design and development.
• Responsible for working with all levels of the business and the development team to establish, promote, and enforce architectural guidelines as well as assist in the implementation and problem resolution of existing applications and requests.
• Ensure work meets functionality and quality expectations within given timelines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
