Sr Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries in a professional manner.
• Conduct client-facing meetings to understand, gather and document detailed client business requirements for health plan business intelligence (BI) / analytic applications
• Manage work effort deadlines and communicate status to the project manager and project team members accordingly.
• Perform implementation planning and setup activites for projects. Ensure all project and implementation related documents are up to date.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the standard client use cases for MedeAnalytics products and apply that knowledge to client-specific requirements, providing consultative support to guide the client through requests and business process needs to achieve their busi
• ness objectives.
