Sr Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Participate in and coordinate functional, user acceptance testing, and integration testing.
• Triage and resolve production incidents by coordinating with users, technical resources, application support vendors, subject matter experts and other stakeholders
• On-going monitoring and reporting of production incident status through resolution, includes communicating and follow-up with users and other stakeholders while ensuring incident tracking systems are up-to-date and incident is closed when resolved.
• Participate in root cause analysis meetings to troubleshoot and solution for production incidents and system defects and review resulting resolution documentation.
• Participate in working sessions to assess production issues and identify effective workarounds.
• Analyze and validate production workarounds and perform in system as needed.
• Perform thorough SQL script validation and XML validation for resolved issues in pre-production environment and document validation results.
