Sr UX Designer

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years designing enterprise product experiences.
• An online portfolio demonstrating advanced, wide-ranging experiences.
• In-depth professional knowledge of latest interaction patterns for web, user-centered design process, design principles and techniques.
• Experience using Figma to create low to high fidelity prototypes and mockups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead ideation sessions and present a strong rationale for design decisions.
• Individual contributor experience leading teams with complex across-feature/theme interaction.
• Experience understanding the value of, collaborating with, and leveraging user experience research.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction  or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience advocating for user experience in defining and prioritizing themes across UX and engineering teams.
• Demonstrable experience with complex and modern web designs with the ability to create meaningful and delightful experiences.
• Experience maintaining and evolving design systems.
