Job Description : Responsibilities:
- SYSTEMS - Understand and maintain knowledge of all Hospitals information, software, hardware, and operating systems or those specifically assigned. Assist with system maintenance and modification as needed.
- DESIGN - Assist with the design and implementation of information, software, hardware, and operating systems.
- CONFIGURATION - Assist with the development of policies, standards and direction for system configuration.
- SOFTWARE - Assist implementation of software on new and existing systems for department or individual use.
- IMPLEMENTATION - Assist configuration and implementation of server and client side systems applications.
- NEEDS ANALYSIS - Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel to understand and define user needs, gather and analyze data and recommend solutions.
- MANUALS - Assist in the development, updating and maintenance of operating/training manuals.
- STANDARDIZATION - Participate in the Hospitals hardware and software standardization efforts as appropriate and assigned.
- COMMUNICATION - Communicate with technical and non-technical personnel on systems issues to understand and respond to user needs.
- DEVELOPMENT - Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, reading current literature, attending in-services, meetings and workshops.
