System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Receive requests or independently identify system issues. An issue might be received from a user, identified in review of system bulletins or uncovered during testing or review of system functionality.
• Participate in Phoenix HR Payroll system deployments as either a module lead or project lead.
• Monitor task plan and coordinate all related tasks according to established timeline.
• Regularly provide status updates to the Project Management Office.
• Provide training and/or knowledge transfer to system users, peer analysts, and colleagues.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings between court, TCAS Shared Services, JCIT, and 3rd party vendors, as required for blueprinting, design, configuration, development, and testing.
• Receive request or identify need for training or knowledge transfer.
• Analyze subject matter to ensure complete understanding of what is to be documented and trained.
