System Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for the Police Department's Records Management System  and other essential city applications.
• Design, install, configure, and support both cloud and on-premises applications.
• Partner with IT Project Managers to lead technical projects from discovery through implementation.
• Lead end-user training, develop technical documentation, and drive system improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring an excellent user experience.
