Job Description :Responsiblties:
- Guides stakeholders and customers on the HCD methods and methodology (why using them, what they are, outcomes of using them) and how they apply.
- Contributes to building alignment among stakeholders regarding scope, problems to be solved, the approach, and deliverables.
- Works collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders in the business to execute research based on agreed-upon strategy.
- Applies defined human-centered design approaches to research and problem solving that effectively leads to innovative, desirable, feasible and viable solutions.
- Assists with coordination of customer and end-user engagement throughout projects and reports to project manager to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Works on tasks associated with human-centered design events and sessions in response to provided direction.
- Solves routine problems within the work group using human-centered design methodology and established procedures.
