UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless integration of UI design in our software products.
• Lead the UI aspect of our website design, coordinating closely with the marketing team for strategic alignment.
• Actively gather and analyze user requirements alongside product managers and engineers.
• Craft wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design and develop graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Construct UI mockups and prototypes demonstrating functionality and aesthetic of sites.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, refining designs based on user feedback.
• Resolve UX issues, focusing on responsiveness and user-centric solutions.
• Keep updated with industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a keen eye for design and a diverse range of design projects.
• Expertise in wireframe tools and design software.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across various teams.
• Solid problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current UX and UI principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
