Business Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct data and quality analysis including data mapping, validation and remediation, solution delivery QA, and issue analysis/resolution.
• Lead and develop use/test cases and test data to deliver high quality solution results, and support the customer and internal teams during all customer Acceptance Testing phases.
• Communicate and train others on NICE ACTIMIZE solutions – overall business value and process, as well as detailed features and functionality.
• Contribute overall to the team’s continual improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle  documents including. deliverables checklist, business requirements, design diagram specifications, QA & UAT test plans, lessons learned.
• Use best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phases.
• Integration design for data exchange, import and export.
• Travels to customer site to conduct work in a professional and organized manner.

Experience:

• Experience implementing enterprise software in KYC domain or with an Actimize AML solution.
• Data analysis or reporting skills, including intermediate SQL.
• Outstanding customer-facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Data Analysis experience preferred.
• QA or Data Analysis experience preferred.
