Does anyone know what if your CGI account for H1B visa scheduling appointment is frozen?

I'm attempting to plan a scheduled appointment for H 1B stamping and in the task, I accessed the CGI Apply for US Visa site. I was attempting to skim through the dropbox waiver concerns many times just to discover I'm not qualified for Dropbox. I left the window open and looks as it timed out. I filled up my bank reference after some time when I tried to proceed further it gave an error. I called up the concerned person and they informed me that I will have to wait till another 24 hours to 72 hours to login once again. Does anyone know if I have to wait for a full 72 hours?

I also had the same problem. I found that there is already an existing account with the email id I was trying to register. I am able to create an account now with a different email, so please try with a different email id.

This could mean that the profile is frozen or blocked. Happens when we try to refresh the appointment page many times (for example). It looks like a measure against DOS attacks. Customer service won't/can't do anything when we call them to unlock the account. Their response is that the account would unlock itself after 24 to 72 hours. They ask us NOT to create duplicate profiles.SO we need to wait for at least 24 hours and should be able to log in. (We need to reset the password by using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page just in case).
