Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Execute, and maintain regular alignment with, the vision/goals of the program executive sponsor/senior business leader.
• Develop the program approach, including major milestones, key deliverables, and capacity planning in alignment with IT and business peers during both the annual planning process and ongoing.
• Design and drive the program governance structure and reporting, including stakeholder mapping, read outs (program, committee, board), and communications.
• Creates, monitors, and updates a detailed program plan that captures the critical path based on the inter-dependent project tasks.
