Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project manage enterprise-level physical security projects including access control, and various other physical security product installations. This includes handling budget forecasting and meeting financial goals, requirements gathering, managing vendors and resources, adhering to timelines and achieving customer expectations.
• Assist in the identification, development, and maintenance of security procedures and products for various facility types.
• Assist in developing security related procedures, guidelines, and security equipment standards.
• Follow-up on corrective actions generated from security assessments and respond to security requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Up to 4 years’ experience in program management or project management, a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in budget oversight, gathering business requirements, spec reviews, vendor management, and reporting.
• Ability to foster positive cross-functional relationships.
• A strong teammate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
