UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX Researchers/Analysts and Product Teams, transforming wireframes/prototypes into visually appealing designs that align with user needs and brand guidelines.
• Participate in user research initiatives and conduct independent research to inform creative solutions.
• Develop interactive, narrative wireframes and create engaging visual design solutions to achieve user-centered goals.
• Validate designs through user testing, iterating based on test results.
• Contribute to the development and communication of the user design process for various initiatives.
• Design low to mid-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals, usability, and feasibility.
• Utilize and enhance our web pattern library, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
• Provide visual design assets for usability testing and collaborate with Business and IT partners following AGILE methodology.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and contributing fresh ideas to the team.
